Excessive Opinions

Starting today you can play Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer free on Steam. This lasts all weekend so it means I can get a pretty decent amount of game time in. Steam is a very good client for stuff like this, usually also their free weekends also line up with some sort of discounted price but I’m not too sure on that.

I’ve not really had a chance to play this game; I think a one-on-one game with my brother on the XBOX 360 once lasted almost five minutes before I gave up. I really sucked. So, the PC version? I’m likely going to suck more… But I’ll give it a go. I might as well and I mean people have been raving about this for a while now so it seems like the sorta thing I should give at least one swing at.

This is only a small post but I wanted to let you guys know that you can play this game for free. Anyone out there who doesn’t want to spend £40 on something which is primarily just “Shoot that guy, now that guy, no that guy! Shoot! Shoot! God Dammit my internet is down. Single player sucks.” can still give this a try. People who own Battlefield: Bad Company 2 can have a good laugh at how silly and unrealistic this game is and people who don’t use Steam can all go to hell.
