People have been using Dropbox since forever. I know a load of people who swear by it, both for work and personal files. Dropbox is basically an online folder, you download their “Dropbox” onto each computer you own and then the App onto your phone and whatever file is thrown in there can be accessed on everything.
Personally, I’ve known about this for years now but I just always assumed it would cost money. Well it turns out they give you the first 2GIGS free! So I’m giving it a go. Added to that for referrals you can top that up to 10GIGS of free online storage, so I am going to try and pimp out that referral code:

I really like it, I do. For my writing specifically, I mean having to constantly keep track of which version is the most up to date is annoying and this completely destroys that. I always have a USB stick on me (I even have a backup USB stick on my watch.) and this might even make that redundant. So far it’s all been really simple and smooth. I like the desktop app, the iPod Touch App even lets me view .pdf’s on my iPod; something I’ve been trying to do for a while but couldn’t find an App I really liked. Overall, it has everything I’d want in this sort of service.
I highly recommend this, I’m going to give an updated view after a while of using it long-term but for now I seriously say you should sign up. 2GIGS for free, so you might as well! https://www.dropbox.com/referrals/NTU4NDMxMDA5
I’m really starting to add some proper productive App’s to my iPod Touch, it’s really cool. If this service works out I may even pay for more space later on, it does look promising.
