Coffee Benefits #3

(If you don’t know what this post is about, please be sure to read: http://www.66seven.co.uk/post/338002915 first.)

It’s hot

I don’t know if you know this but typically coffee is considered best as a hot beverage. That, my friends, is a good thing! Although it does mean if you forget about your cuppa’ Joe for too long then you’re left with a cold and depressingly gross liquid, it also means that before “too long” has exceeded that you have access to an amazingly beautiful liquid will actually warm you up. (This is of course not to say that I don’t enjoy iced coffee, as I do. I enjoy it a lot.)

Let me point out that my room is cold. And I mean *cold*. You see these *’s. Well they’re not asterisks as you know them, they’re ACTUAL SNOWFLAKES caused by my room temperature. You see about a year ago I decided it would be a good idea to turn the radiator in this room off. I’m now too stubborn to even entertain the idea to change that, meaning during the winter (the period of the year it is now) it gets cold.

Wrapping up in a blanket, wearing a hoodie and using the fact your laptop is constantly on the brink of actually overheating to warm you up kinda also makes you lazy. I mean I like the cold, but I can’t wear gloves and type, my hands aren’t coming above the covers if I can’t help it. Until, my friend, I have access to the greatest invention in the world. Yes, again, coffee can warm you up. Now I’ve the benefits of being cold and yet I’ve also got the warmph needed to work. Great.

In conclusion

Every single one of you should buy me a coffee. I have found something which I enjoy, am willing to spend money on and sometimes even require if I’m going to work. Now all I’ve got to do is focus that ability on a project which actually leads some place. Also, I would feel bad commenting on John Travolta’s ‘weight issue’ as I do love his acting, but the whole “Scientology” thing… Hmmm…

AND. If you have some sort of magical wish granting ability, please contact me about the Scarlett Johansson thing.
